We are driven by simplicity and a connection to the foods that we eat. We value quality local ingredients and knowing where our food comes from. The passion for wholesome foods and having family members with gluten sensitivities spurred on the idea of creating sourdough noodles.
Hand made in small batches and fermented with a sourdough starter makes this pasta delicious while being easier to digest. Flavours are inspired by our own garden. Available in 6 flavours, Orignal, Beet, Carrot Dill, Potato Leek, Tomato Garlic Jalapeño and new limited edition flavour will be making its debut at the Third and Bird Christmas Market.
